one partnership

a healthier tomorrow.

the school made a bold decision: remove unhealthy snacks from campus. it wasn't an easy change—those sales helped fund student activities—but they believed students deserved better options.

together, we created a healthier alternative that families embraced. every friday became pop queen friday, raising funds for the school while giving students something they genuinely looked forward to.

as the partnership grew, we thought, why stop there? why not bring this experience into the classroom? together, we created the healthier tomorrow initiative — a hands-on curriculum that gives students a behind-the-scenes look at how ideas become products, from research to flavor selection.

students became young entrepreneurs, using creativity and collaboration to help choose the next pop queen flavor. through a schoolwide vote, they selected strawberry lemonade — turning their ideas into something they got to see come to life.

by students, for students

flavors born in the classroom.

three flavors, one vote, no adult input from beginning to end. students ran the whole process and the result belonged entirely to them. that's the kind of ownership that sticks, long after the flavor itself is gone.

schoolwide finalist

mango lemonade

2nd place in our first schoolwide flavor vote

sweet mango meets bright lemon and raw honey. sunshine in pop form.

winner

strawberry lemonade

winner of our first schoolwide flavor vote

ripe strawberry and tart lemon balanced with wildflower honey. the flavor that won over the whole school.

schoolwide finalist

mango lassi

mango and coconut swirled with honey and a squeeze of lemon. creamy, tropical, and impossible to put down.

nothing beats pulling into the school parking lot and hearing the students scream 'pop queen!' at the top of their lungs. it's the best part of my week. it's why we do what we do.
